The Junior Project Manager role at Bradford Construction suits professionals with 2+ years experience eager to advance in construction management, particularly public agency projects. Assist in ensuring quality, performance, and compliance by consultants and vendors during design and construction phases. Support coordination of schedules, phasing, and planning to keep projects on track and within budget. Monitor progress, identify issues, and implement solutions while conducting site visits and inspections.
Work closely with contractors, architects, and construction managers to resolve design and construction challenges. Review change orders, contract documents, and shop drawing submittals for compliance. Ensure adherence to NYC building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards through organized documentation and field records.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction management
- Experience working with public agencies preferred; willingness to learn and interest in public projects required
- Experience or interest in exterior renovations preferred
- Familiarity with construction project scheduling software
- Knowledge of NYC building codes and safety regulations
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents and shop drawings
- Proficiency in monitoring construction progress and site inspections
Responsibilities
