Senior Construction Manager

Solar Landscape is the leading commercial rooftop solar developer in the U.S., turning rooftops into local power plants for fast clean power generation. We're seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Manager to provide day-to-day operational oversight of multiple commercial rooftop solar projects. This hands-on leader enforces construction processes, maintains quality standards, and drives schedule performance across job sites.

Provide direct oversight and leadership to field Construction Managers, conducting routine site visits and field audits to ensure safety, quality, and productivity. Review weekly production reports and look-ahead schedules, identifying and addressing execution gaps in real time. Partner closely with Project Managers to align field execution with scope, budget, and client commitments.

Enforce standardized construction processes, ensure consistent documentation including QA/QC checklists and photo logs, and conduct quality audits on rooftop penetrations, flashing, racking, and electrical installations. Drive compliance with NEC requirements, fire setbacks, and roof warranty standards while implementing corrective actions to reduce rework. Champion safety leadership across all active projects.
