WSP Sydney seeks a Senior to Associate Hydraulic Engineer to lead hydraulic services design across a major multi-station transport program. Lead hydraulic design packages from concept through detailed documentation, coordinating interfaces across stations. Work closely with architects, builders, authorities and multidisciplinary engineering teams. Solve complex design challenges in highly collaborative settings.
Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, fire, civil, architectural and structural disciplines. Engage directly with clients, contractors and stakeholders throughout design and delivery. Thrive in a respected Building Services team with strong technical leadership.

Requirements
- Strong background in hydraulic services design within complex building or infrastructure projects
- Experience in transport, rail or station work advantageous but not essential
- Proven capability delivering design from concept through detailed stages
- Strong understanding of Australian Standards, NCC and authority requirements
- Excellent coordination skills and confidence working in multidisciplinary teams
- Clear communicator who brings initiative and a solutions-focused mindset
- Relevant engineering degree; chartership (or working towards) highly valued
