Regular industry attachments provide opportunities to update your skills, knowledge, and practices. This ensures you stay current in Civil & Structural Engineering. The environment supports collaboration with industry partners and educational institutions.

Those with good and relevant experience can advance to Senior Lecturer positions. Career development opportunities lead to leadership roles in Colleges or Headquarters. This path nurtures professional growth in public service education.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years relevant experience in Built Environment sector
  • Experience especially in Civil & Structural (C&S) Engineering
  • Experience in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineering
  • Adoption of Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) in modern building projects
  • Experience with Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA)
  • Knowledge of Virtual Design & Construction (VDC)
  • Experience with BIM to Field applications
