MapleCraft Engineers is looking for an exceptional Civil/Structural Design Engineer to join our fully remote team. You'll design and analyze civil and structural systems, ensuring compliance with local codes, safety standards, and best engineering practices. Use cutting-edge software like AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD.Pro, or SAP2000 to model and simulate structural performance under different conditions. Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and other engineers on innovative solutions.

Ensure all designs meet building codes, zoning laws, and project specifications while creating detailed reports and technical documentation. Participate in projects from conceptual design through to completion, turning visions into reality. Tackle innovative problem-solving, from optimizing materials for sustainability to addressing unique structural challenges.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the United States and authorized to work without sponsorship
  • 3+ years of experience in civil/structural design
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, ETABS, or similar tools
  • Deep understanding of structural analysis, load calculations, and material behavior
  • Familiarity with U.S. building codes including IBC, ACI, ASCE, AISC
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
