Communicate effectively at all levels including site management, technical specialists, commercial staff, and client representatives. Maintain good working relations with client, designer, supply chain and others. Obtain and analyse quotations, support project risk and opportunity planning, and assist in value recovery.

Maintain high personal standards in health and safety alongside environmental awareness. Advise on contractual matters, process claims, negotiate subcontract prices, and procure packages. Requirements

Completed Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Commercial Management in the last 2 years or due to complete in 2026
Other relevant disciplines may be considered
Motivated, ambitious and passionate about ground engineering
Interest in geotechnical and civil engineering solutions
Ability to contribute to technically challenging projects

Responsibilities
